The ESTES EST-P Series is an advanced high-pressure leak testing system designed for empty aerosol cans， delivering highly accurate and 

reproducible results.

An infeed star wheel guides each empty can into the test chamber. Inside a pressure of 8 to 12 bar is applied. Even micro-leaks in the can 

create a measurable pressure drop within the chamber. This pressure variation is precisely detected by a high-accuracy pressure transmitter 

and measurement system.

When a leaking can is identified the system automatically triggers an ejection mechanism to blow the defective can out of the production 

line at the exit point. The entire process is fast automated and non-destructive making it an excellent alternative to traditional water bath testers.

The EST-P Series is the ideal replacement for traditional water bath testing offering faster cleaner and more reliable performance 

for modern aerosol can production lines.
